Why many spend expensive holidays, go to popular but crowded theme parks and queue for hours and hours on roller coasters only to spend a minute or two to terrify themselves and scream the loudest they could?
We were at Universal Studios Singapore yesterday, 07 February 2016.
Before I go on, I just want to share the festive decor outside the Giant store at Vivo City Level 1, 18 ft tall giant monkey surrounded by the other 11 zodiac animals.

We missed the Hollywood Dream Parade, we got in the Park at past 3pm. We were trying to go in Transformer ride, it was temporarily shut due to some technical problems. We went to Battle Galactica coasters,

I and our 2 girls love to terrify ourselves on roller coasters. My husband is not keen, rather, scared :) of this thing and happy to be our photographer, Our eldest was not with us on this visit.
Battlestar Galactica Human at Universal Studios Singapore , a 90-second ride, travels on the red track and is a seated roller coaster. It does not include inversion though, the Human track experiences more G-forces than the Cylon track. Speed reaches 90km/hr at a certain point.
I find the highlight of this ride the steep initial drop at the start of the ride. The first time I took this in 2010, I thought my tummy went up to my chest.
The best to experience this roller coaster is at the rear to feel more G-forces. But if you prefer to scare yourself more, to see how deep you would be thrown down and how high you would be propelled into the air, go for the first row.

We also took this ride, Battlestar Galacatica Cylon roller coaster, twice. Our park's season pass have unlimited Express pass. We did not have to queue long to take the rides at USS.
Season's pass allows us to visit the park for 6 months. We paid additional S$100.00 for an unlimited express pass for 6 months. Only few are willing to pay additional on top of the expensive one day pass, the queue for express pass holder is oftentimes much shorter.
Battlestar Galactica Cylon is a coaster that travels on the blue suspended track. Apparently, legs dangle below the seat. We were thrown up showing nearly missed a building, went down to about 5 meters deep pit with artificial fog, nearly missed the ground and with several inversions.
The first time I took this ride in 2010; being catapulted, plunged and looped with the average speed of 82km/hr; thought my heart went down to my tummy, afterwards, thought my heart was placed in my mouth.
The best to experience this roller coaster is at the front seat.
