Shanghai Lumpia (filipino spring rolls), everyone's favourite in our birth country, Philippines.
Our version:
1 kl Ground pork;
finely chopped carrots (2 med size), onions (3 med size) and celery;
3 eggs;
1 tsp pepper;
1 tsp salt;
3 tbsp oyster sauce;
4 calamansi (small lime);
wrapper and
olive oil for frying.
Toss everything into the bowl. Mix all the ingredients using spoon or small spatula until thoroughly incorporated. Wrap and fry.
Shrimps pasta
very simple to prepare: saute garlic till its brown (whole garlic crushed and chopped finely) add green or red chili pad (sliced into small pieces) ground pepper and salt to taste add the deveined shrimps and stir for 3 minutes or until colour changed add the cooked noodles and your favourite veggies such as parsley, spinach, celery... and mix for a minute or two.
