It was a whole day trip, visited two of the important places to visit when in England. It was an exhausting trip though. We were in the Stonehenge area for like an hour or less and two hours at the
Bath city. Everything was rushed. This is why I am not a fan joining a tour. I prefer the DIY. I loved the countryside scenery but can't help to doze off due to long travel from London which takes around two hours and a half. I would love to go back to these places, exploring further especially in Bath but this time, we drive and we stay nearby. With the very limited time we got to spend to these places, it was like just enough to take photos.
The day before, we had spent a lot of walking around Oxford. My feet were really sore, I could not wear my boots. Cold winds were slapping us on the way to the stones. Summer was approaching, yet a trace of winter on Salisbury plain. Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument believed to be a burial in the 3000 BC. The excavations and studies are continued and new mysteries are uncovered every time. Not so much clues such as early writing or painting to unfold its origin and use. With the modern technology such as DNA testing helps to clarify the history around the Stonehenge.
Around an hour travel to the Bath City from the Stonehenge. I thought we were back to Europe. We could say Rome in the English country. There were so much to explore. Two hours was definitely not enough. I would not get tired walking around with so much marvelous architectures to admire.

We managed to go to the Hard Rock Cafe to get stuff to add to our collections before we ended the day. We needed a rest after a long exhausting day. More so, to continue the laundry. We were to go to the Warner Studio Bros at Watford Junction the next day for the like museum or theme park dedicated to the Harry Potter movie series..
